I think there's kind of a practical limit to how *small* a reflector is going to be useful for people photos, (without practically putting it in their faces at times ) Really really big ones might be nice for full-length outdoor stuff, say, under trees. But, then, I'd sort of turned lack-of-much-stuff when I wasn't so very photographically-active into a bit of a fondness for *finding* the interesting light and whatever background was around, and just giving it a little 'help.' Not-too big is good for this. (Actually, they were windshield sun-shades for my truck, basically the same thing with no pretense of color balance, they did fine for some black and white portraiture I would do: I mostly I'd just kick a little fill in from a window or something with a patient friend for a light stand. I think the last ones I had were *guesstimating from memory* Well, smaller than that. That sounds plenty big for most purposes, Akuma.
